Despite the fact that you might not have felt these sensations on your palms or your head, this awakening did happen within you if you did it with full attention and sincerity. For some of us, it takes time to feel these sensations distinctly.
Yet, the benefits of Sahaja Yoga meditation are often felt in many other ways such as improved attention, better concentration, ease of dealing with situations in life, lasting inner peace and satisfaction to name a few. The sensitivity to energy on your fingertips, the top of your head and other parts of your body will gradually develop as you develop your meditation.
